The Verdict

Gadook is our choice as the best online reputation management service for individuals due to its free reputation analysis, affordable pricing and specialized services for individuals.

We chose Gadook from dozens of reputation management services. To learn more about how we selected Gadook and to see all of our recommendations for reputation management services, visit our best picks page.

Gadook Pricing and Plans

Gadook doesn't have service plans for its reputation management services; instead, it creates a customized approach for clients.

Because services are customized to each client, costs vary. Gadook will base costs on the services it believes will achieve the greatest impact for the client and the amount of estimated labor needed to conduct those services. A Gadook representative we spoke with on the phone told us that the average individual can expect to pay $600 per month. That rate is lower than those of many other internet reputation management services we examined.

Unlike many competitors that require six- or 12-month commitments, Gadook doesn't require you to sign a long-term contract; the company works on a month-to-month basis. According to Gadook, clients typically see desired results within three to six months.

Besides offering online reputation management services, Gadook provides other online services such as web marketing, web design and development, project management, and consultation services. The estimated hourly cost for those services is $80 per hour.

Key takeaway: Gadook offers month-to-month pricing, there are no long-term contracts you need to sign. The average monthly cost for Gadook is $600 per month.

Limitations

Gadook may not be the right reputation service for large businesses. It is, though, a great option for individuals who need to bolster their brand image. Gadook can work with a variety of individuals, including first-time job seekers to established C-suite professionals.

In addition, Gadook is not an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau. Although BBB membership is not a direct reflection of the quality of a company, it is something we look for in a company we recommend as a best pick.

Gadook has an A+ rating with the BBB, and as of October 2020, there have been no complaints filed against the company in the past 12 months.

Key takeaway: Gadook is not suited for large businesses, and it is not an accredited member of the BBB.
